Through the Christian Appalachian Project (CAP) programs, 86.81% of donations go directly to supporting the needs of people in Appalachia.
Christian Appalachian Project (CAP) is an interdenominational, non-profit Christian organization committed to serving people in need in Appalachia. Our mission is building hope, transforming lives and sharing Christ’s love through service in Appalachia.
CAP provides physical, spiritual, and emotional support through a wide variety of programs and services to help provide hope to people living in deteriorated conditions. We serve children, families and seniors in Appalachia, as well as individuals with disabilities.
Our service extends throughout the Appalachian region, covering more than 1,000 miles, from southern New York to northeast Mississippi.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, CAP relies on generous donations from corporations and the general public.
